1. What are Cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that is downloaded to your browser (computer, smartphone, tablet, or similar device) when accessing certain web pages. Cookies allow a website, among other things, to store and retrieve information about the browsing habits of a user or their computer and facilitate their subsequent access and use of the platform.
2. Classification of Cookies We Use
Vyrsea CMS uses technical and analytical cookies of its own origin and of authorized third parties:
- Technical Cookies (Strictly Necessary): These are indispensable for the correct functioning of the website and its customer portal. They include customer session authentication (client_session), CSRF protection, and security preferences management. These cookies do not require prior consent to be downloaded.
- Personalization Cookies: They allow remembering preferences of the platform, such as the language or visual theme (dark/light mode) selected by the administrator or user of the account.
- Analytical Cookies (Telemetry): They quantify fully anonymously and in an integrated way the volume of visits, pages viewed, and interactions to optimize the platform's network and proxy infrastructure.
3. Third-Party Cookies Used in the Service
In addition to our own cookies, some external providers could establish technical cookies for managing payment gateways and secure checkout:
- Stripe: Employs technical fraud prevention cookies when interacting with the secure payment gateway form during checkout.
- Supabase / Postgres Connection: Temporarily stores active connection states of the customer portal.
4. Disabling or Configuring in the Browser
You can restrict, block, or delete cookies from this or any other website by configuring your Internet browser settings. In each browser the process is different, here are the official configuration links:
Warning: If you disable strictly necessary technical cookies, the client portal or the booking gateway may not function properly.
